1 - Please email us at support@DanialliUSA.com to initiate the return, including your order number in the subject line, and be sure let us know which items you will be sending back.
2 - Our support team will send you a FREE, pre-paid return shipping label.
3 - Simply re-package the item, attach the pre-paid label, and drop the package off with the correct carrier.
4 - You're done!
Please Note: Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment and will be issued 3-4 business days after receipt of return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@DanialliUSA.com and we will send you the instructions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our international customers with a free pre-paid return label. We are still happy to issue a full refund for the product within the same 30-day window, less the return shipping cost.
